Afraid not. It's a stand alone product.

Couple of questions- How many patrols do silver knight have on the road in the UK ?
If you lost your keys would you get a nationwide recovery back to the destination of your choice or is it a local recovery only ?

Also should add that the AA do provive a relief driver/recover the car if the driver is taken ill, they call it compassonate service.
