Captain Joe:
just got a few quotes on confused.com

first i put my old address at my parents house, got a quote for about ?660 from admiral.

changed it to my current address, which is a nice neighbourhood i might add, and it had gone up to ?950  :tickedoff:

how do the dirty thieving c**ts justify adding 50% onto the premium because of where i live? surely the only difference it makes is to the likelyhood of the car being damaged or stolen? which i wouldn't claim for anyway, the difference in premium is about the value of the car for fecks sake. what if i go for third party only? then they have no excuse for bumping up the price due to where my car is parked.  :-\ :uglystupid2: ??? :tickedoff: :knuppel2:  WANKERS!!!!

The Wrinkly Ninja:
Price is often higher these days for TPF&T as most companies don't want to take on what is perceived as a higher risk.

Captain Joe:
oh i tried TPFT and fully comp and there wasn't much difference. i meant TP only, then the likelyhood of the car being stolen or damaged should have no bearing on the premium, even though it's far less likely to come to any grief here anyway  ::)

mcjordi:
if your car is nicked your insurer would still payout out on the tp only thing if it hit anyone..

Captain Joe:
i still don't see how a change of address justifies a 50% increase in my premium.

i might just feed them a load of bullshit, they're nothing but dirty blackmailing pieces of shit anyway, as long as i have an insurance certificate i'm legal  ;D  FUCK THE SYSTEM!!
